The superior king room was well-equipped with central heating, iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was quiet and convenient, very close to the Culloden Battlefield and the city center. I felt safe during my stay at By The Brae.

Convenient location near the airport and the Highlands of Scotland 🏞️, as well as proximity to the Culloden memorial. The service was excellent and greatly contributed to an enjoyable stay here.

The venue was perfectly clean and the staff were very amiable. Its location was ideal, close to the centre of Inverness, and Culloden battlefield and much history. The hotel was nicely presented, we strongly recommend.

Experiencing the serenity and peace at By The Brae was amazing. The beautiful gardens were meticulously maintained, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The added convenience of not having to worry about parking was a bonus for us as we explored the Invernessshire area. The breakfast options were excellent, and the attentive owners made us feel taken care of. The hotel exuded elegance and taste, leaving a lasting impression on us. We can't wait to return, regardless of the weather. By The Brae has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorites. I highly recommend this really good B&B.

By The Brae is a brand-new hotel located in a nice and quiet area close to the Moray Firth and Inverness center. The hotel offers a delightful selection of food for breakfast.

Great facilities and comfortable bed. Beautifully decorated and clean room. Homely breakfast with delicious food.

The room was very clean and had all the essential facilities, with a particularly impressive bathroom.

Friendly owners, accommodating, continental breakfast, private bathroom, full Scottish breakfast, fantastic cleanliness.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel is located near places to have dinner and several tourist sites. The building is neat and clean. The service we received during our stay was amazing. There is a good pub and an upscale restaurant nearby with fabric napkins and tablecloths.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, close to various popular attractions and the city center. the breakfast provided was delicious and catered to specific dietary needs.

The guests in the neighboring room were quite noisy early in the morning, which disrupted our sleep and was rather inconsiderate. This was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.
